Another wonderful milonga is behind us! This time, we created a very special, slightly spooky, but above all fun Halloween tango evening at Plesni studio Moj korak in Ljubljana.
We mixed all the best ingredients in our magic cauldron:
- Spooky decorations, thanks to our wonderful Mateja Juvan, who once again did an amazing job!
- A whole bunch of terribly scary witches who took over the dance floor.
- Halloween cortinas to keep the spooky spirit alive.
- Our traditional medialunas (lunice).
- My musical selection to keep everyone dancing throughout the evening.
- A lucky draw, where Veronika won a free entrance ticket to the upcoming November Milonga – Bandonegro.
- And, of course, the most important ingredient – all of you, with your smiles, good vibes, and wonderful energy!
We stirred everything together, added a little tango magic, and the result was one of those truly lovely evenings, filled with dancing, laughter, fun, and fantastic energy.

With this evening, Milonga La Milonguita Ljubljana says goodbye for the rest of 2026.
Why? Well, I am taking a little “study break” in Buenos Aires, Argentina, until mid-December! I’ll be soaking up the tango atmosphere, discovering new musical treasures, and gathering fresh inspiration in the city where tango is part of everyday life.
We’ll meet again on the first Saturday of January 2027, ready to start another wonderful year of tango together!
