On November 21, 2025, I was once again the guest DJ at Milonga Parakultural in Buenos Aires. They invite me to play music there every year, and it always feels good to return. The milonga has been part of the Buenos Aires tango scene for many years, and I’ve known the organizers and DJs for almost twenty years. It feels like meeting old friends.

This Friday was different in the best possible way.
Compañía Contigo Tango was performing, and they danced a part of their new show. They were fantastic! But the evening became even more special when two singers joined in and sang live during my music.
The first was Pablo Banchero, my friend and the author of three beautiful new tango valses. He came to visit me and listen to my music, and I asked him to sing for us. So, he took the microphone, walked among the dancers, and sang one of his valses. It created a very warm and personal atmosphere.
After that, something truly unique happened: Tito Rocca sang as well.
Tito is an absolute legend of the milongas in Buenos Aires. He is almost 90 years old, yet you can still see him at milongas nearly every night. And, when he is in a good mood, he sings along. This time, he was clearly in an excellent mood, because he sang during two of my tangos. The dancers loved it, and many smiled and applauded as he passed by.
It’s not every day you see a 90-year-old walking between the dancers and singing with such energy. It was a beautiful moment for everyone in the room.
From the DJ booth, I could feel the energy and joy of everyone in the room. As always, being part of this special night felt amazing, surrounded by people who love tango as much as I do.
Thank you to everyone who came, danced, and enjoyed the music. And, as always, a big thanks to Horacio & Omar for giving me this wonderful opportunity. I am always happy to DJ at the famous Salón Marabú — a place where the heart of tango beats strong.
