From August 20 to September 2, 2025, Buenos Aires became the beating heart of tango during the Tango BA Festival & Mundial 2025. This world-renowned event brought together more than 2,000 artists, over 500 activities, and 50 different venues across the city.
For two weeks, Buenos Aires lived and breathed tango — with concerts, shows, milongas, masterclasses, exhibitions, film screenings, and fairs filling every corner of the city.
The most awaited moment of the festival arrived with the Grand Finals at the majestic Teatro Gran Rex, where dancers from over 50 countries competed for the title of world champions.
