As a tango DJ, tango has always been more than music to me. It’s a way to bring people together, to celebrate life, and to create something truly beautiful. I’m excited to share with you a new chapter in my journey: an initiative to actively support and uplift tango events organized in Slovenia.
Why I’m Taking This Step
I believe Slovenia has a unique and passionate tango community. Organizing events like milongas, festivals, and workshops requires dedication and resources, and why should we not focus on supporting and attending the incredible tango gatherings we have right here at home? By prioritizing local events, I hope to strengthen our community, make it more welcoming, and fill it with even more unforgettable tango moments.
What This Initiative Will Bring
With this new initiative, I would like to promote tango events in Slovenia: whether it’s through sharing information, providing resources, or simply getting the word out, I want to do my part in ensuring that tango thrives here. This initiative is my way of saying, “We’re in this together.”

I’m happy that I can also unveil the new logo for this initiative, which represents the love and dedication we share for tango in Slovenia. You’ll see it on my materials, at events, and across social media—it’s a sign of solidarity and a promise of support. I hope it becomes a symbol you can recognize and feel proud of, knowing that we’re all working toward the same goal.
